This morning I woke up at 7. I usually wake up with the sun shining through my window, yet today it was dark. It's 8am now and I looked again. It is still dark outside. As I was thinking about that, a thought came to my mind. "Does the sky not know it's morning? Does it not know the sun is shining?" But why I thought sun, I really thought Son.
Let me explain. So many times, I think we are like a dark sky. Do we not know the Son is shining? We allow the clouds to take over our thoughts, take over our lives, instead of letting the Son shine through them. Just a thought.
"Let your light shine before men that they may see your good deeds and praise the Father in Heaven." Matthew 5:16
Remember that it's morning and the Son is shining so brightly. Reflect that light!
