Hi Everyone!  I just wanted to send out my first blog on how support is coming.  Before I do that, I want to thank everyone who has supported me either financially or through prayer.  I would not be able to do this without your help!  Every bit helps and is bringing me one step closer to the next stage in my life!

As I put in my letter, I will be in need of around $10,000 for the trip.  This cost includes: a plane ticket there in September and back in May, a plane ticket to come home for 2 weeks over Christmas (if anyone lives within a driving distance of my house, I will try really hard to make it to see people over that time, I would love to give a face to face update while I'll be back in the States!), housing, food, discipleship materials, and local transportation!

That being said, I so far have $1,420 in my account and another $1,000 in pledges that will be sent in throughout my time in Africa!  THANK YOU SO MUCH!  I am so thankful to every one of you who are supporting me!  With that, I am still in need of  $7,580 for the trip!  I am working and whatever money I make this summer will be going directly toward Africa, but I will still need help!

 

Thank you so much for your support that has come in!  I really appreciate it!  The prayer support is just as if not more important than the financial support.  Though I am going on the trip, it is for God and giving Him the glory!  Thank you once again for your help!
